The location is superb, rooms are spacious and comfortable. when we visited it was possible to sit by the fire-which really was a nice experience. Ray was very kind and sociable. De kamer is netjes en het bed ligt heerlijk.

Ze voorzien geen avondeten, maar geven je wel enkele tips hier in de buurt voor te gaan eten.

I need to hire a car. Who do I speak to?

You are welcome to speak to us directly. Through our sister company, Maroo Adventures, we can assist with a wide range of vehicle rentals, including small cars, 4x4 vehicles and people movers.

Is your property safe?

Yes, the property is fully fenced with electric fencing and has a night watchman on site throughout the night.

Do you have secure parking at the guesthouse?

We offer ample complimentary parking for guests, including plug points in the parking bays for self drive vehicle charging.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Airport transfers to and from Maun airport can be arranged. Rates are available upon request.

Do you accommodate children?

Children 12 years and under stay free of charge. We can place a maximum of two extra single beds in the parents’ room for children.

A child over 12 years can share with parents but will be charged a single rate per night.

What if I need transport to restaurants or town?

We have a dedicated taxi service for airport pickups, restaurant transfers or town visits.

Payments and Cancellations:

Full payment and any cancellations are required no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Provisional bookings made by agents will be held for 7 days, with extensions subject to availability.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

We have one room that is accessible by wheelchair.

What happens if there is a medical emergency?

Six of our staff are first aid trained, and we are affiliated with a local medical provider in case of any emergencies that our clients might need.

Public liability insurance is in place for all guests.
