The guesthouse offers eight spacious en suite rooms, thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and privacy. Accommodation is available in both upstairs and downstairs options, each offering a slightly different experience while maintaining the same high standard throughout. Guests can choose between rooms with showers or rooms with a bath and handheld shower, depending on their preference.
A generous continental breakfast is served daily, between 07H30 and 10H00, and is included with your stay, offering a relaxed and satisfying start to the day.

Muan Waterfront Rooms
- Four upstairs rooms with private balconies.

- Twin rooms can be converted into extra-length king beds.
Rooms are available with either bath and handheld shower or shower only, catering to different preferences.
All rooms are non smoking. There is a designated smoking area near the reception.
Children 12 years and under stay free of charge. A maximum of two extra beds can be added to the parents’ room for children. A child over 12 years can share with parents but will be charged a single rate per night.
All rooms are positioned to enjoy views of the Thamalakane River with sights and sounds of the abundant birdlife and, if you look closely, the occasional sighting of a hippo or crocodile cruising past your patio.
The honesty bar in the reception area offers a selection of beverages, ideal for a relaxing sundowner on the deck.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal blue swimming pool or relax on one of the poolside loungers.
End the day around the fire pit, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

"This is the place to stay in Maun. It's cozy, quiet and relaxing. The staff are truly exceptional, very kind and welcoming, always ready to help, and to make you feel welcome and cared for. The rooms are spacious, modern, finely decorated and have a fairly large balcony/deck overlooking the river with a couch and small table. The property is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is tasty with a variety of delicious artisanal breads. This is the best place we've been in Maun by a wide margin."
